2026 Annual Meeting to be held on 4/28

Please join your Villa del Monte Mutual Water Company Board and fellow members for our Annual Shareholder's Meeting on April 28th at 7pm. We are holding this meeting virtually over Zoom, with the connection details included with your most recent water bill. You may also join via this link.

The purpose of the Annual Shareholder's Meeting is to:

• Elect positions for the Board of Directors.
• Report on the status of the Villa Del Monte Mutual Water system. Including the storage tank replacement and treatment system improvement project.
• Review the 2026 Budget including:
  • Storage Tank Upgrade Project progress.
  • System maintenance backlog and progress.
• Status of the annual financial review.
• Transact any other business of the company.
